My name is Yarden Kum, and I am a highly skilled and award-winning film editor, editing consultant, and lecturer with over a decade of experience.

My specialty is editing documentary, experimental, and dance films. I am passionate about helping creators bring their ideas to life in the editing room by refining a project's narrative and cinematic language.

 

I love working on challenging projects that require her to distill raw materials into a precise narrative. I am particularly interested in films that ask questions and push the boundaries of traditional genres, which is why she chose to specialize in documentaries, experimental, dance films, and everything in between.

 

My love for editing is also reflected in her teaching. I am a lecturer for AVID editing at Minshar for Art College and provide accompaniment and mentoring for the editing process.
